Our role as a general contractor is to take ownership of your project to push it to a successful completion.
This includes the construction of a pre-designed project, contracting directly with subcontractors and vendors, tenant lease coordination with general construction coordination, GMP or lump sum contract with owner, a defined safety program enforced in accordance with governing OSHA requirements, daily site supervision, cost management with open book job cost on GMP contracts, obtaining required approvals and project close-out and commissioning.
