Clemens Construction is currently renovating the 70,000 sf 2-story American Red Cross Blood Donation Center and Biomed Facility at 7th & Spring Garden St. Phase 1 of the renovation project involved relocating the donation center and adding new training/conference rooms, office/administration spaces, bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Phase 2 is currently underway, focusing on additional office spaces, breakout rooms, restrooms, new exterior signage, and a 16,000 sf MSAT (Manufacturing Sciences & Technology) Lab. The renovated lab space will feature cleanroom/GMP manufacturing facilities, biological facilities (BSL-1/2), contract manufacturing services, and facilities for blood testing and related research.
