This project called for the fit-out of all high-design community space in a new mixed-use luxury apartment building in NRED’s East Market Development. Ground floor work included the lobby, concierge desk, coffee bar and business center, all overlooked by the leasing office on the mezzanine level above. Project scope also encompassed third-floor amenity level, housing extensive work and leisure space including a fitness center, yoga room, TV lounge, co-working space, coffee bar, demonstration kitchen and billiards. Exterior included all outdoor patio kitchens with high-end gas grills.
