Clemens recently celebrated completion of the steel frame of the new Hyatt Centric hotel going up at 17th and Chancellor streets. The 190,000 sf building will include street-level retail with a restaurant and bar on the second floor. The “Topping Out” ceremony commemorated the placement of the final steel beam which was signed by the entire project team before being placed on the building. The Clemens drone, piloted by Dave Gyurina, caught the action.
