As National Construction Safety Week comes to a close, the management team at Clemens Construction would like to extend our sincere thank you to Wesley Donahue, our project managers, superintendents, foremen, and all of our trade partners for taking the time to engage in meaningful conversations about how we can make our industry safer.
The reality is, construction is dangerous work. Every year, hundreds of men and women in our field are seriously injured—or worse. But we have the power to shift the culture. Safety isn’t just about compliance or checking boxes—it’s about making sure everyone goes home at the end of the day.
