Located in a high-traffic area, this national cosmetic chain's home in Philadelphia were to inhabit the first three floors, topped by three floors of office space above.
Project included all core, shell and tenant fit-out work including installation of several elevators, new storefront window system and revolving door. Design elements include a mezzanine level, sculptural staircase and high-end finishes.
