Clemens renovated 294 guest rooms and accompanying corridors, spread over 11 floors. The scope included 103 tub to shower conversions, full renovation of two suites, updated flooring, wallcovering, painting, electrical improvements, new FF&E, tile and plumbing modifications. Clemens also renovated the lobby bathrooms. All work was completed within an 20-week schedule while the hotel and banquet services remained in operation. The project required the receiving, storage, delivery and logistical coordination of all FF&E supplied by owner for installation.
