Clemens Construction is expanding the amenity roof deck at The Kennedy House, a 30-story residential condominium tower. The project involves demolishing and re-roofing approximately 9,500 SF on the building’s east side and extending the east stairwell. The new rooftop space will feature raised wood pavers, custom shade pergolas, built-in benches, grilling stations, seating areas, and lush landscaping, creating an inviting outdoor retreat for residents in addition to the existing pool deck on the west side.
