Clemens Construction completed a 21,045 SF full-gut renovation of M&T Bank’s Wilmington office on the 3rd floor of the Wilmington Trust 13-story office tower. The project transformed the existing floorplate into a modern, brand-aligned workplace through a complete interior fit-out that included all new MEP systems, modern lighting and controls, smart blinds, advanced AV infrastructure, new flooring, wall coverings, drop ceilings, extensive glass partitions, and FF&E selected to reflect M&T Bank’s corporate identity.
The renovated space features a welcoming elevator lobby and reception lounge anchored by a marble reception desk and custom millwork, along with a large communal café highlighted by a custom coffered ceiling and integrated lighting. Additional program elements include an auxiliary kitchenette, five conference rooms, two huddle rooms, three privacy rooms, 19 private offices, 58 open office workstations, a 1,500 SF assembly space, and both public and private restrooms. Clemens coordinated closely with the client, design team, and building management to deliver a high-quality, contemporary office environment within an active office tower, prioritizing quality, schedule, and seamless execution.
