Loews selected Clemens Construction to provide a 581-guestroom renovation on the 3rd through the 32nd floors. The updated rooms include brand new bathrooms with new shower pans, shower doors, bathtubs and toilet accessories; new wall and floor tile; larger desk areas, new leather furniture and more easily accessible electrical outlets. Each room received a full paint refresh with new wall coverings and linens. Additionally, existing space was converted into 10 parlor suites with new carpet, each featuring a murphy bed and connecting guest room.
