Clemens provided preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation of a 2,120 SF laboratory suite within Drexel University's Center for Automation Technology (CAT). The project included the full replacement of the existing air handling unit and integration with the building's centralized exhaust system. Restored metal casework was complemented by new flooring, ceilings, and energy-efficient lighting. The renovation added multiple fume hoods, specialized laboratory equipment, and two insulated temperature-controlled rooms. All work was meticulously planned and executed to minimize disruption to the occupied building, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and precision.
