The project included demolition of existing building, site clearing and new construction of a two-story retail store with storeroom and leasable space above.
The structure is comprised of a two-story steel frame with exterior wall of metal studs and panels, fiber cement panels and brick. Two elevators were included. Site work included all site utilities, curbs and paving. Underground storm water retention system was provided to filter storm water prior to infiltration into groundwater system or overflowing into city storm water system.
