This project entails new construction of a luxury senior living facility in a suburban area outside of New York City. Project scope includes construction of a low-rise senior living facility with memory care living. The project includes luxury finishes and a commercial kitchen as well as state of art technology and design with underground garage parking.
Classic architecture theme reflects a stone and fiber cement siding façade, and pitched rooves. High-end finishes include marble countertops, extensive millwork and hand-crafted moldings. The facilities also feature two granite fireplaces along with acoustic paneling and advanced nurse call systems. Communal spaces include two dining rooms, a fitness center, salon, movie theater and courtyard with expansive decking.
