The final phase of Clemens Construction’s extensive renovation at the American Red Cross facility includes the transformation of a 16,000 SF area into the new Manufacturing Sciences & Technology (MSAT) Lab. This advanced laboratory environment supports the Red Cross’ mission by expanding its research and manufacturing capabilities.
The renovated space will house state-of-the-art cleanroom and GMP manufacturing facilities, biological laboratories (BSL-1/2), and areas dedicated to contract manufacturing and blood testing research. Designed to meet rigorous scientific and operational standards, the MSAT Lab will support critical work in biological product development, testing, and production.
This phase also includes new administrative areas, upgraded restrooms, and refreshed exterior signage—delivering a modernized, highly functional expansion to one of the nation’s most vital healthcare support facilities.
