Clemens Construction, in collaboration with Rebuild PHL, revitalized Ziehler Playground, a 7.1-acre public park in Olney, North Philadelphia. This green space project included installing new stormwater management BMPs, modern playground equipment, safety surfaces, basketball courts, seating areas, shade structures, permeable patio/tree trench, landscaping, as well as replacing concrete and asphalt walkways. The 3,800 SF Recreation Center also underwent a comprehensive remodel encompassing new restrooms, cafeteria/event space, a boxing gym, security office, MEP upgrades, paint, and roof/awning restoration. Rebuild PHL aims to build cleaner, greener, stronger communities one park, rec center, and library at a time.
