Built in 1873, this structure is on multiple historic registers, and houses the University of Pennsylvania president and provost offices, admissions offices, and the Department of History. Clemens is providing preconstruction and construction management services for an extensive scope including structural reinforcement, stone facade restoration, roof and window replacement. Interior fitout will include MEP upgrades, a new elevator, and stairwell restoration.
