This contemporary communal work space with an open, upscale feel was achieved by complementing the exposed brick and ceilings with the extensive use of floor-to-ceiling glass walls and sliding barn doors for each office and meeting room, alongside traditional walls painted bright magenta, yellow, and blue. Bright track and pendant lighting was installed throughout the space. The newly restored capitals were also highlighted with uplighting. The project was completed with the construction of a private roofdeck.
