Rehabilitation and conversion of six Stephen Girard warehouse buildings on the National Historic Register into high-end apartments and 3,000 SF of retail space. Work included major structural stabilization and envelope re-building, floor replacement, brick restoration, all new utilities and a five-story addition, all under review the National Park Service and the Philadelphia Historic Commission. Many of the units are two-story units, including five penthouses with roof decks.
