The conversion of this old office building into a modern apartment building required major demolition and the installation of all new infrastructure and services
Demolition scope included the complete gut of the 16-story building from the penthouse, roof and interstitial spaces down to the basement and sub-basement mechanical spaces. The proceeding renovation included the construction of 14 floors of aparments and renovation of two lobbies and one bi-level retail store. A new roof and hundreds of windows were installed, and the historic facade was restored with exterior pointing and cornice work.
