Winner of a 2014 Preservation Alliance Grand Jury Award, this project entailed a renovation and conversion of two 19th century brownstones to 21 apartments with shared courtyard. Restored original plaster moldings and details replaced brick and brownstone. Salvaged and re-used fixtures. Installed green roof.
