New construction of a LEED Silver 85-unit apartment building on the corner of Broad & South Streets. Clemens provided nine months of preconstruction from schematic, design development, and construction documents without any increase to the GMP. The goal was to create a tight schedule and coordinate site logistics to decrease disturbance to adjacent homeowners and Septa station.
