Clemens provided distinguished spaces for prestigious law journals in an occupied law school building on an fast-tracked schedule. Interior fit-outs were completed for two Penn Law scholarly journals and their connecting corridors including new lighting, ductwork, VAVs and sprinklers. Upscale finishes included extensive cherry millwork paneling, frames, shelving and desks/countertops. New broadloom carpet, slate tile, BBT floor finishes and a slate fireplace were added, including the installation of an historic mantelpiece.
