The project scope entailed Interior fit-outs of offices for two Penn Law scholarly journals and connecting corridors, including new lighting, ductwork and VAVs and sprinklers.
Upscale finishes including extensive cherry millwork paneling, frames, shelving and desks/countertops. New broadloom carpet, slate tile and BBT floor finishes, and a slate fireplace requiring installation of historic mantelpiece. Night shift was instated to expedite process.
