This award-winning, million-SF multi-phased renovation encompassing 950 apartments commenced in 2011. The project also received the GBCA Building Excellence Award for Best Historic Project and the Preservation Alliance Grand Jury Award in 2017.
Project scope included complete infrastructure replacement of the community's four 18-story towers, with backbone renovation of the mechanical and electrical systems. Subsequent phases included the complete renovation of the East, North and West Towers (each including a lobby and 250 units), which required extensive demolition and the construction of new, modernized floor plans with open kitchens and upscale finishes. Work also included fit-outs of multiple spaces in the community marketplace.
