Clemens provided preconstruction and general contracting services for the historic restoration of the iconic miller theater, part of the Kimmel Cultural Campus. The extensive facade restoration included meticulous masonry repairs, fresh paint, over 70 window replacements, and the removal of a decorative arch—now replaced by a minimal cornice that complements the existing architecture. Our team also made roofing enhancements, adding new flashing and coping to all parapet walls, new metal sheathing on the mechanical penthouse, and interior repairs to drywall, trim, and paint around the replaced window openings. We’re proud to bring this performing arts theater back to life.
