Clemens Construction Company is working with Alterra Property Group to build this $180 million mixed-use building at Broad and Spring Garden Streets.
The 9-story building will feature 410 apartment units, 288 underground parking spaces, and 110,000 square feet of commercial space including a grocer on the ground floor.
The development is being built using modular construction. The parking area and ground floors will be constructed with steel and concrete and topped with modular components.
