The Le Meridien Philadelphia renovation, led by Clemens Construction’s Special Projects Division, encompasses a comprehensive refresh of the hotel’s guestrooms, public spaces, and select back-of-house areas. Spanning 93,370 SF, the project will modernize all 202 guestrooms, focusing on casegoods, softgoods, wallcoverings, and select ceiling repairs while maintaining existing flooring and key fixtures. Guestroom bathrooms will remain largely intact, with targeted updates for ADA compliance. Additionally, guest corridors will receive new finishes, and improvements will be made to the atrium, fitness center, and public restrooms to enhance functionality and aesthetic appeal.

On the first floor, key hospitality spaces—including the reception area, lounge, bar, restaurant, and private dining room—will undergo upgrades, incorporating new millwork, finishes, and furnishings to align with the hotel’s refined brand identity. The scope also includes revitalizing the building’s exterior, with façade and step cleaning to restore a like-new appearance. Clemens Construction will coordinate phasing and logistics to minimize disruptions to hotel operations, ensuring a seamless transformation that enhances guest experience while preserving the historic integrity of the property.
