Clemens' Special Projects Division recently completed a comprehensive renovation of the Le Meridien Hotel in Center City Philadelphia, revitalizing 93,370 SF of guestrooms, public areas, and select back-of-house spaces. All 202 guestrooms were updated with new casegoods, furnishings, wallcoverings, and select ceiling repairs, while existing flooring and key fixtures were retained. Select guest and public bathrooms received ADA upgrades.
First-floor public spaces—including the reception area, lounge, bar, restaurant, and private dining room—were refreshed with refinished flooring, new millwork, wallcoverings, lighting, and furnishings to reflect the brand’s refined identity. Renovations to the fitness center included new carpet, wallcoverings, lighting and controls, millwork, a hydration station, and fire-rated door. Exterior work included façade cleaning, window repairs, and painted railings to restore the building’s historic character. Clemens coordinated all work with phased logistics to minimize disruption and ensure a seamless transformation.
