Clemens is providing preconstruction and construction management services for a high-end hospitality fit-out at the Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia, located on Level 45 of the Comcast Technology Center. The project converts a full-floor unit into the new Sky Garden level, featuring eight luxury accommodations. Among them are two expansive extended-stay suites, each offering a private outdoor terrace, full kitchen, spacious living room, custom millwork, two bedroom, and curated amenities. Designed with refined materials and artistic elements, the Sky Garden floor enhances the elevated guest experience for one of Philadelphia’s most iconic five-star hotels.
The project requires meticulous planning and coordination to integrate new MEP systems and carefully execute penetrations through adjacent occupied floors without disruption to ongoing hotel operations. Clemens is working closely with the client, design team, and building management to maintain the high standards expected of the Four Seasons brand, while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal impact to guests and tenants.
