This project consisted of the redevelopment of an urban site to build a three-story office building for Community Legal Services, a non-profit organization offering legal help to the underserved.
Basement and three floors of steel structure, terra cotta rain screen façade and green roof. High efficiency HVAC, light controls and wide use of regional and recycled materials. Tight urban site logistics. RACP & NMTC-funded project.
