Renovation of existing library and conversion into state-of-the-art media center. Required demolition of existing finishes and installation of new entrance, drywall partitions, ceiling and soffits, acoustical ceiling, carpet and paint. MEP changes included new lighting, fire alarm and sprinkler system, and minor mechanical upgrades.
