It features 344 residential units, underground parking, a beautiful lobby/common area, outdoor plaza, fitness center, and an incredible “sky-lounge” amenity space with an outdoor terrace. The facade incorporates a grid of red brick with light and dark gray metal panels. The northern wing stands taller than the eastern wing with a 2-story podium brick-clad structure at the southwest corner designed to look like a separate building. The modern industrial aesthetic draws inspiration from the Callowhill neighborhood and nearby Rail Park.
