A 11,700 sf complete laboratory renovation. This project involved the installation of welded stainless steel exhaust duct, MEP system upgrades, new walls, ceilings and floor finishes throughout. The project also involved the installation of overhead service carriers, making the lab mobile, and allowing the equipment to be reconfigured as needed. Bio-safety cabinets and fume hoods were also installed.
