This transformation includes upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems, high-tech air filtration, RO process and fertigation systems, alongside structural modifications to meet FEMA flood plain requirements. The facility features specialized spaces such as grow rooms, mother/vegetation rooms, curing rooms, trimming rooms, drying rooms, a high-security storage vault, and administrative support areas, all designed to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards.
