I’ve been working with Clemens for the past 8 years on just about every aspect of our hotel; whether it’s general maintenance and upkeep, or a complete 26 story guest room refresh. The team is always conscientious of being respectful to our guests and staff, and keeping the place impeccably clean. For both the guest room and ballroom renovations that were completed, it was a huge undertaking on a nearly impossible schedule. To their credit the floors were all turned over on schedule and we never had any issues with lost revenue from delays.
